I have been coming to Tonic for quite a few years. My 2 fave people are Alysha and Libby. Alysha always does a fantastic job with my hair, I trust her to do whatever she wants with my hair.
Libby always does a great job with my beauty requirements, always without a doubt have a great laugh with her. Thanks to Libby and Alysha I always leave Tonic feeling like a million dollars.

It was my first time visiting a hair salon in Richmond so I felt a bit anxious, but there was absolutely no need to be! I was immediately greeted by Flo, who listened carefully to what I wanted, and cut my hair to perfection. The salon itself is immaculate, tastefully decorated, with lots of charm and character, so most definitely worth 5 stars and another visit!

Today I had an Eyebrow and Lash Trio Treatment with Jess, one of your Beauty Therapists.
I was instantly made to feel comfortable and at ease with her.
She was friendly, communicated well about what she was doing - and was so easy and lovely to talk with.
I am in love with the end result, it has made my day! These are the best eyebrows and lashes I've had, after many different experiences at other salons.

It is always a great appointment with Libby. She is always happy and does an amazing job. I couldn't recommend her enough, she is an absolute delight and asset to the fabulous Tonic team.

I had a lash lift and tint with Jess and it was one of the best beauty experiences I've ever had! Jess explained the processes before, during and after and the bed was so comfy I almost fell asleep! I absolutely love the look of my lashes now and will be recommending Jess and Tonic to everyone I know 🙂
